Knives: More obvious blemishes, like bigger or deeper scratches, irregularities on the blade surface, small hollow areas on the cutting edge (Santoku knife), light bending of the blade.
Knife holder: More obvious blemishes to varnish, scratches or dents.
Cutting board: More obvious blemishes , like irregular wood grinding, deeper scratches, poor finishing of the juice rim.

3B–Stock

Knies: obvious defects such as larger scratches, irregularities of the blade surface (shades, grindig marks), larger hollow areas on the cutting edge, bending of the blade, lasering defects or just one-sided lasering. Often more than one of the aforementioned defects.
Product are new and in original packaging. Steel, heat treatment, blade geometry and sharpness are equivalent to our A-grade stock.
