The new shipment has arrived!

Dear knife fans,

the wait is over. Today we have received the new knife shipment. The sold-out blades will be available for ordering from Friday, Nov. 22, 10:00 and will be delivered from Monday, Nov. 25.

As already discussed in the German Messerforum, we have switched the handle material to G10. This is a material composed of layers of fibreglass, which is significantly more resistant than plastic or wood while remaining absolutely dimensionally stable. This means that the protrusions of metal parts in the handle, which some customers have criticized, are now definitively a thing of the past.

With the arrival of the new shipment, we are fulfilling a customer request and now offer the popular bundles of our regular Kobe series with a Santoku knife instead of the Chef's knife.
