The new shipment of our KOBE Series has arrived

Good news! All knives are now back in stock. We have taken your helpful feedback into account and made several improvements to our KOBE knives in the new batch:


  • The Hamon line, which was applied by laser on the blade, has been removed.

  • The logo on the blade has been reduced in size, making the knives more subtle in design.

  • The rear tip of the blade has been rounded off so that it can no longer cause injuries.

  • The weight of the G10 handle has been reduced and is now at the same level as the previous version with the Micarta handle.

  • The micro bevel can now be optionally ordered as a service. This means that all knife sets are also available for order with a micro bevel .


With this change, the Messerforum edition of the KOBE series will be replaced by the KOBE series 2.0. The KOBE series with laser line will be discontinued after the remaining stock is sold.

The new knives will be available for order from our online store from Monday, August 12, 2024.
