In Germany, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-6 days. The delivery time to countries outside the EU depends on the destination and can be viewed under this link.

For orders with a value exceeding €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99 for delivery.
The charges for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on product and destination. They range from €9.99 to a maximum of €59.99.
Please note that our charges for international shipping to countries outside of the EU do NOT include applicable local taxes and custom duties. Those have to be paid by you upon receipt of the parcel. We will, however, refund the German VAT (19%) on the value of the goods. As our e-commerce system cannot do this automatically, the amount is refunded manually after the purchase.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with our product. Thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund of the purchasing price if you return the product to us within 30 days after placing your order, provided it is in a sellable condition.
Returns of orders from Germany are free of charge. Please request the return label by e-mail to info@culilux.com, telling us why you would like to return the product. DHL will then send you the return label by e-mail.
You can drop your return parcel at any DHL branch or DHL parcel shop. Important: please keep your shipping receipt as a proof of return.
If you are not using the DHL return label or are shipping from a country outside of Germany, you have to bear the return shipping cost.

Wer einen Satz wirklich richtig guter und gleichzeitig auch formschöner Messer haben möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Um diesen Preis diese Qualität zu bekommen ist fast schon ein Schnäppchen. Bei uns sind diese Messer täglich im Einsatz und wir erfreuen uns immer wieder aufs Neue an Qualität, Ergonomie, Schärfe, Aussehen und Haptik. Unterm Strich würden wir diese Messer immer wieder kaufen.
Die Messer haben ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Sie sind sehr ausgewogen und liegen sehr gut in der Hand.
Selbstverständlich sind alle Messer, so wie diese auch, nur so gut wie man sie pflegt.
Da ist regelmäßiges Abziehen und gelegentliches Nachschärfen Voraussetzung.
Ich habe noch das eine oder andere Messer bei culilux im Auge. Bei diesen Messern muss man aber sehr schnell sein ;)

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Diesmal zusätzlich ein KOBE Spickmesser, da es dies bei Kyoto nicht gibt.
