RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Statutory Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days, No Reason Required

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Further details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is by using the form below. Alternatively, you may notify us by email at info@culilux.com, by post to KMG Trading e.K., Auf dem Schleich 4b, 55578 Sankt Johann, Germany, or by using our withdrawal form. No specific form of notification is required. Immediately after using the online withdrawal function, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received. You may also withdraw from only part of your order.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please retain the proof of postage as evidence.

You can find it in your order confirmation. If you do not have it to hand, the email address used to place the order is sufficient.

Individual items

If you purchased several products individually, you may limit your withdrawal to individual products. If you purchased several products as a set, the withdrawal may only be exercised for the complete set. Individual components of the set cannot be withdrawn separately.

We process your information in order to handle your withdrawal and send you the legally required confirmation of receipt (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB)). Providing a reason is voluntary and helps us improve our product range (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Recipients of your data include DHL for the return label, our payment service provider for the refund and our shop hosting provider. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Voluntary 30-Day Right of Return

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right to return the goods within a total period of 30 days from receipt. Your statutory rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by this voluntary return policy.

To make a return under this voluntary policy, please contact us at info@culilux.com. If you provide us with a reason for the return and thereby help us improve our products, we will provide you with a free DHL return label for returns from Germany. The return label will be sent to you by email. The free return label is an additional service and is not a condition of your right to return the goods. For returns from outside Germany, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Product Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered

Are your goods damaged, defective, or incorrect? In this case, the matter is not considered a withdrawal but a defect or incorrect-delivery claim. Please contact us at info@culilux.com. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs in both directions.
