SHIPPING TIME

In Germany, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Shipping to EU countries  usually takes 3-6 days. The delivery time to countries outside the EU depends on the destination and can be viewed under this link.

SHIPPING

For orders with a value exceeding €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99 for delivery.

The charges for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on product and destination. They range from €9.99 to a maximum of €59.99.

Please note that our charges for international shipping to countries outside of the EU do NOT include appicable local taxes and custom duties. Those have to be paid by you upon receipt of the parcel.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new product. We therefore guarantee that we will refund the purchase price for products returned to us within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

Returning an order from Germany is free of charge. Please use the return label provided (from DHL) for the return shipment. It would help us a lot if you could tell us on the return label why you were not satisfied with the product.

If you do not use a DHL return label, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. 

You can then conveniently post your return parcel at a DHL branch or a DHL parcel store. Please be sure to keep the proof of posting.
