In Germany, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-6 days. The delivery time to countries outside the EU depends on the destination and can be viewed under this link.

For orders with a value exceeding €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99 for delivery.
The charges for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on product and destination. They range from €9.99 to a maximum of €59.99.
Please note that our charges for international shipping to countries outside of the EU do NOT include applicable local taxes and custom duties. Those have to be paid by you upon receipt of the parcel. We will, however, refund the German VAT (19%) on the value of the goods. As our e-commerce system cannot do this automatically, the amount is refunded manually after the purchase.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with our product. Thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund of the purchasing price if you return the product to us within 30 days after placing your order, provided it is in a sellable condition.
Returns of orders from Germany are free of charge. Please request the return label by e-mail to info@culilux.com, telling us why you would like to return the product. DHL will then send you the return label by e-mail.
You can drop your return parcel at any DHL branch or DHL parcel shop. Important: please keep your shipping receipt as a proof of return.
If you are not using the DHL return label or are shipping from a country outside of Germany, you have to bear the return shipping cost.

Was ich heute schon fast erwarte (aber nicht immer finde) konnte ich bei Culilux nutzen: einen übersichtlichen Onlineshop mit allen Informationen, Bilder und weiterführenden Links. Der Einkaufs- u. Versandprozess war easy und entspricht den heutigen Standards die sehr hoch sind.
Der Grund für die positive Bewertung ist danach zu finden: eine Nachfrage von mir bzgl. dem Messerschärfen wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden direkt und persönlich beantwortet. Nicht nur kurz, sondern auch ausführlich. Kein Bot, kein schnell-schnell.
DAS ist heute der Unterschied zwischen 3-4 Sternen und 5 Sternen.
Abseits dessen: das Produkt ist auch noch super :-)
Drei Messer mit Messerblock zum geringeren Preis als ein japanisches Messer, das ist schon klasse. Die Messer sind ultrascharf wobei die Verarbeitung (Optik) der japanischen Messer meist hochwertiger ist, dank Damast Muster und komplett polierter Klinge. Beim Schneiden ist da aber kein Unterschied. Die Messer sind relativ leicht, mein schwereres Kai Shun Tim Mälzer liegt allerdings besser in (meiner) Hand. Das ist natürlich individuell zu betrachten. Als reines Schneidwerkzeug sind sie allerdings nicht zu toppen. Das war sicher nicht mein einziger Kauf bei Culilux.
Ich habe die Messer noch nicht sehr lange, daher kann ich noch nicht sehr viel sagen.
Aber ich benutze Sie nun mehr als eine Woche und kann bis jetzt nur positives berichten.
Die Schärfe der Messer ist wirklich unglaublich und auch wenn ich über das mitgelieferte Pflaster gelacht habe, so hat es keine 24 Stunden später auf meinem Finger geklebt.
Ich gebe eine klare Kaufempfehlung und würde sie mir sofort wieder kaufen.
Und wenn zu meiner Serie das Brotmesser erscheint, werde ich es sofort bestellen.
Es ist fantastisch. Echt, meine Erwartungen tief und breit übertroffen sind....Wunderschönste Messer.
Hier wurde über kleinste Details durchgedacht.
Bin absolut zufrieden und begeistert. Echt tolle Messer.

Mein Wunschprodukt war nicht verfügbar. Deshalb habe ich das gekauft. Ich freue mich darüber. Schöne Messer, waren toll verpackt. Habe es also erstmal wieder eingepackt.
Sie sind ein Hingucker am Aufsteller. Lassen sich gut lösen und wieder anfügen.
Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, nutze diese für Fleisch und Gemüse. War nie so einfach.
