In Germany, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-6 days. The delivery time to countries outside the EU depends on the destination and can be viewed under this link.

For orders with a value exceeding €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99 for delivery.
The charges for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on product and destination. They range from €9.99 to a maximum of €59.99.
Please note that our charges for international shipping to countries outside of the EU do NOT include applicable local taxes and custom duties. Those have to be paid by you upon receipt of the parcel. We will, however, refund the German VAT (19%) on the value of the goods. As our e-commerce system cannot do this automatically, the amount is refunded manually after the purchase.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with our product. Thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund of the purchasing price if you return the product to us within 30 days after placing your order, provided it is in a sellable condition.
Returns of orders from Germany are free of charge. Please request the return label by e-mail to info@culilux.com, telling us why you would like to return the product. DHL will then send you the return label by e-mail.
You can drop your return parcel at any DHL branch or DHL parcel shop. Important: please keep your shipping receipt as a proof of return.
If you are not using the DHL return label or are shipping from a country outside of Germany, you have to bear the return shipping cost.

Die beiden Messer sind sehr scharf, sehen toll aus sind leicht und liegen gut in der Hand. Das große dicke Brett aus Akazienholz sieht toll aus, ich musste es aber bald abschleifen und polieren (320er und 600er Papier) und neu mit Öl imprägnieren, da das Brett durch die ursprüngliche Behandlung nach wenigen Handwäschen fleckig wurde und sich das Brett an manchen Stellen rau angefühlt hat.
Fazit: Messer super und absolut das Geld wert, Brett gut nach etwas Nachbearbeitung.
Inzwischen sind die Messer und das Schneidbrett eingetroffen haben die ersten Einsätze hinter sich. Die Silikonpunkte haben nicht wirklich geklebt, sind gleich wieder abgefallen. Jetzt legen wir ein Tuch unter, damit das Brett nicht rutscht.
Die Messer sind sehr scharf, mal sehen wie lange das hält, das ist entscheidend.
Auffällig ist, wie leicht die Messer sind. Kein Vergleich zu den bisherigen von F. Dick oder Zwilling.
Bin voll zufrieden mit den Messern und dem Kundenservice von Culilux. Auf ein Problem mit dem Schneidbrett wurde sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert gehandelt.
Die Messer sind sauscharf und liegen Super in der Hand. Und sind auch leicht.
Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann Culilux nur empfehlen!

Leider sind sie für mich
Viel zu leicht - aber das ist mein persönliches Empfinden - und da ich sie nicht Probe halten konnte .🤷♂️.
Aber ausgezeichnete Arbeit .
Die Messer sind wirklich scharf im Auslieferungszustand. Bin gespannt, wie lange das so bleibt. Schneidebrett macht soliden Eindruck.
