In Germany, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-6 days. The delivery time to countries outside the EU depends on the destination and can be viewed under this Link.

SHIPPING CHARGE

For orders with a value exceeding €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99 for delivery.

The charges for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on product and destination. They range from €9.99 to a maximum of €59.99.

Please note that our charges for international shipping to countries outside of the EU do NOT include appicable local taxes and custom duties. Those have to be paid by you upon receipt of the parcel.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with our product. Thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund of the purchasing price if you return the product to us within 30 days after placing your order.

Returns of orders from Germany are free of charge. Once we receive your request of return, we will send you a DHL return label. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it at any DHL shop. Important: please keep your shipping receipt as a proof of return.

If you are not using the DHL return label or are shipping from a country outside of Germany, you have to bear the return shipping cost.
