From an order value of €49.00 (incl. VAT), shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders under €49.00 (incl. VAT) we charge €4.99.

For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes and customs duties are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by you upon receipt. We will, however, refund the German VAT (19%) on the product. This refund will be issued manually to your original payment method.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with our product. Thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund of the purchasing price if you return the product to us within 30 days after placing your order.

Returns of orders from Germany are free of charge. Once we receive your request of return, we will send you a DHL return label. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it at any DHL shop. Important: please keep your shipping receipt as a proof of return.

If you are not using the DHL return label or are shipping from a country outside of Germany, you have to bear the return shipping cost.
