Availability and Delivery – KYOTO Series

Dear Customers,


As announced, the quantities from the recently arrived shipment were released for sale last night. Due to the extremely high demand, all items sold out in less than an hour. As a result, many customers found the products already out of stock by the time they opened the availability notification email. This is, of course, unfortunate and disappointing, but unfortunately unavoidable in a situation where a very large number of interested customers are trying to purchase a limited quantity of products.


All orders that have been placed are being processed step by step and will be shipped no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2025.


The next batch of KYOTO knives is already in production, with delivery planned for mid-February 2026.
