Delivery dates and Outlet SALE

Dear Customers,


The wait is almost over: new shipments are already on their way! The sold-out knife types from our KOBE series are expected to be available again from February 25, and the knives from our KYOTO series from March 1.


Before then, you still have the chance to grab discounted B-stock items: our SALE starts on February 14 at 5:00 PMand ends on February 22. Since many items are only available in limited quantities, it’s worth checking in right at the start and snapping them up quickly.
