Update on the availability of our KYOTO series

Dear Customers,


after eagerly awaiting the delayed courier delivery of the Petty knives from our KYOTO series, which we need to complete the outstanding orders, the shipment arrived yesterday. All packages will be packed today and shipped on Saturday.


On Saturday evening, we will release the remaining stock of our KYOTO series for sale. Due to the exceptionally high number of availability inquiries, we expect these items to sell out very quickly. Unfortunately, the next delivery will not arrive until mid-February.


While we were delighted by the very positive review on Spiegel.de, we sincerely regret that some of you had planned to gift our KYOTO knives for Christmas and will now be unable to do so.


As an alternative, we can warmly recommend our KOBE series, which matches the KYOTO series in terms of cutting performance. However, availability is also limited here, as stocks of certain blades are already running low.
